HOSPICE at Home West Cumbria is asking people to take part in Giving Tuesday.
The day encourages people to do something special and give to a cause close to their hearts, it takes place on Tuesday, November 28.
A spokesperson said: "Join us on Tuesday, November 28, for Giving Tuesday, a global celebration that encourages everyone, everywhere to do something special and give to a cause close to their heart.
"We are asking our communities to support Hospice at Home West Cumbria and encourage giving in all forms.
"This could be giving time to volunteer, giving your pre-loved items to our stores, or making a donation to help fund our vital work."
