A ROAD was closed near Carlisle as police attended a collision on the A595 at Newby Cross.
Cumbria police reported that the road has since re-opened following their attendance at a road traffic collision on the A595 at Newby Cross, Carlisle.
Police said the road was blocked for some time this evening, November 21 following the collision while they attended the scene and made the area safe.
