Police are appealing for information about a number of bicycle thefts at addresses in Carlisle .
The thefts happened various times on Merith Avenue, Carlisle, police said.
A spokesperson from Cumbria Constabulary said: "The first happened on November 16, when a locked-up bike was taken from a front garden.
"This property was targeted again overnight on November 20 to 21 – between 9pm and 7.30am - when two bikes were stolen after locks were cut.
"At a different address, a shed was entered and two bikes were stolen.
"If anyone has seen or is aware of anything suspicious or relevant – particularly seeing someone with multiple bicycles - they are asked to get in touch with officers."
