New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to three of Cumberland’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
Cross's Cafe in Whitehaven, Cafe Ria in Lillyhall, and Kells ARLFC have been given new hygiene ratings.
Cross's Cafe and Kells ARLFC both received a five-star hygiene rating whilst Cafe Ria got a three-star hygiene rating.
Kells ARLFC received an overall very good rating. Their hygienic food handling was good, and the cleanliness and condition of facilities was very good as was the management of food safety.
Cross's Cafe's hygienic food handling was good as was the cleanliness and condition of facilities, whilst the management of food safety was very good.
Cafe Ria received a generally satisfactory rating, their hygienic food handling, cleanliness and condition of facilities, and management of food safety were all generally satisfactory.
