HERE are our Pets of the Week, courtesy of Oak Tree Animals' Charity.

Prince

Meet Prince, a handsome boy who loves being around people and getting cuddles. Prince can be reactive to other dogs and new things, when he first came to Oak Tree he wasn’t sure what to make of the horses, donkeys, and goats!

We are working on his reactivity and building his confidence and would like any adopter to continue this work in his new home. He has lived with dogs before, and with successful meetings at Oak Tree he could potentially again; but couldn’t live with cats.

This happy lad is looking for a home where someone who is in a lot of the time to play and have snuggles on the sofa with him.

Winston

News and Star: Winston Winston (Image: Oak Tree Animal Charity)

Winston is on the lookout for a new home. He is a confident and affectionate man, he loves being stroked around his ears and chin.

He was handed in as a stray so we don't know much about his history but we believe he would like some outdoor access and we have estimated his age to be around 7.

Winston is quite a chatty boy and likes to do little chirps while you spend time with him and will be friends with anyone in return for treats.

He has the potential to live with children (5+) who understand that Winston may want some time alone and dependent on successful viewings here at Oak Tree. He also has the potential to live with a cat or a cat-savvy dog depending on successful scent transfers.
