Delkia has welcomed three new and experienced faces to its team in Cumbria.
The specialist systems integrator, which operates throughout the UK and internationally, has recently added Aneesa Jan, Dale Hollinshead and Kevin Hawes.
Aneesa Jan and Mr Hollinshead have joined Delkia as Avionics Systems Engineers.
Ms Jan , an aerospace engineering graduate, formerly worked with Frazer-Nash Consultancy technology management department where she provided systems engineering support to various sectors.
She said: "I applied for Delkia, as I wanted to grow as a systems engineer while gaining valuable experience in the aerospace industry.
"My goal is to learn from the remarkable talent of my colleagues and elevate my skills."
With a diverse background in systems engineering across the aerospace, maritime, nuclear and rail industries, Dale Hollinshead is enthusiastic about his new role.
He said: "I wanted to work at Delkia as it was recommended by some long-standing colleagues.
"Now that Delkia is launching into the Aerospace Domain as well as Maritime, I felt it was the right time to join.
"I am very happy that I am now part of the team."
Formerly part of the Royal Navy submarine operations department, Kevin Hawes joins Delkia as maritime business dvelopment Manager.
Speaking of his choice to join the firm, he said: "I chose to work at Delkia because the company has the same values I have built my career on which are: innovation, teamwork, being customer focussed, delivering the required customer results, profitability of our efforts and respect in the marketplace."
