A ROAD safety poster designed by school pupils was displayed at a football game.
Wigton pupils designed the poster which was shown on a screen during Carlisle United's recent match.
A spokesperson said: "It was an exciting weekend just gone for the Mini Police students from Thomlinson Junior School, Wigton.
"They have been learning about Road Safety with PCSO Kirkpatrick who set them a task to design a poster encouraging others to think about being safe when using the road network.
"With great thanks to Ryan and the Media Team, Carlisle United displayed the finished posters on the scoreboard for the over 6,000 supporters present to see."
