A MAN has been arrested following a fight in Maryport. 

The 28-year-old was arrested on suspicion of affray following the incident which occurred on December 28,  at approximately 4pm, on Victory Crescent, Maryport.

He has since been bailed. 

Several members of the public witnessed the incident and have been questioned.

A spokesperson from Cumbria Police said: "We are appealing for any further witnesses to come forward and assist us with our enquiries.
