A SHOPLIFTER who stole groceries from a supermarket she is banned from entering has been remanded in custody.
Nichola Moore, 40, entered Aldi on Preston Street in Whitehaven on December 30 and stole goods to the value of about £70.
The supermarket is one of a number of stores she is banned from going into under a Criminal Behaviour Order imposed by Workington Magistrates’ Court on June 5, 2023.
Moore, of Peter Street, Whitehaven, admitted theft from a shop and breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order when she appeared before magistrates on Tuesday.
The case was sent to Carlisle Crown Court for sentence on January 30. Moore was remanded in custody until that date.
