Carlisle Comic Con has announced another special guest ahead of the event in the border city in March.
The convention, which proved incredibly popular last year, is scheduled for Saturday, March 23 at the Richard Rose Central Academy in Carlisle.
A number of special guests have already been announced, including Chris Barrie, best known for his role as Rimmer in Red Dwarf.
With just over two months to go until the big day, Carlisle Comic Con is working hard to attract some more special guests, and this week it announced that a former Doctor Who star would be joining the line up.
English actor Michael Jayston can be seen at Carlisle Comic Con.
He played Nicholas II of Russia in the film Nicholas and Alexandra (1971). He has also made many television appearances, but he is best known to Doctor Who fans for playing the Valeyard in all fourteen episodes of the Doctor Who serial The Trial of a Time Lord.
He also appeared in the Only Fools and Horses episode "Time on Our Hands" as Raquel's father, James.
