A Carlisle-based leadership coach is celebrating five years in business this week.

Laura Cadman Limited reached the significant milestone in January, marking half a decade of supporting businesses in both Cumbria and the Middle East.

Laura Cadman launched her business after prior experiences as CEO.

She's worked with a range of notable companies in Cumbira including McVities, Story Plant, Penrith Building Society, and Stan Sherlock Associates.

The 39-year-old said: "Reaching the five-year mark is such an incredible feeling, and I’m still really excited about what is yet to come.

“I’m thankful for those who have been a great support: my family, friends and business colleagues who’ve been my biggest cheerleaders and always given encouragement.

"When I decided to take the leap and launch my business, it was because there was a lack of authentic leadership development services, that thought about both personal and professional growth.

"I wanted to help people with advice that is based on real experience, to produce results that truly last.

"The future holds some exciting new projects which I’m looking forward to sharing soon.

"My ambition is continue working with companies who want to create the culture that no-one wants to leave and to support leaders to elevate themselves and those around them to exceptional new heights."

Her coaching and training programmes aim to make leaders present with confidence and address unconscious biases.

She offers her services to professionals eager to progress or wishing to overcome self-doubt.

The company provides training and coaching to aid individuals in 'actualising their potential'.
