Carlisle-based H&H Insurance Brokers has clinched the Platinum Trusted Service Award for the fifth year running.

The award was given by Feefo, a company that collects and monitors verified customer reviews.

H&H Insurance, which operates across the North of England, the Scottish Borders and Wales, was commended for delivering excellent customer service consistently.
