POLICE patrols have been stepped in up Harraby due to youths throwing mud at people's homes.
Special Sergeant Laurie and Special Constable Keey were patrolling last night (February 3) assisting the Neighbourhood Policing Team.
Post patrol, they moved to the city centre to conduct Safer Streets foot patrols and the welfare HUB.
On the same day, Special Sergeant Grieves and Special Constable Holliday updated their first aid training, patrolled Carlisle and searched for a missing child.
Five new voluntary Special Constables will join the team this month to address community issues.
