PLANS for a single storey side and rear extension in Carlisle have been submitted to Cumberland Council.
It is for an address on Highwood Crescent and would provide utility room and a dining room with a home office.
According to the planning application, the existing garage provides storage for household goods and equipment.
It is proposed that the walls will be smooth rendered blockwork, it would have a grey flat bitumen or GRP roof and the windows and doors would be Upvc.
The matter is currently being considered by the planning department at the council.
