READERS reacted to the news that King Charles III has been diagnosed with cancer.
Buckingham Palace has confirmed The King has been diagnosed with a form of cancer and has begun a schedule of regular treatments, and while he has postponed public duties he “remains wholly positive about his treatment."
Rachel Sharp said: "I think His Majesty choosing to make his diagnosis public to raise understanding for other cancer patients is such a positive thing."
Diane Devine said: "I’m sure the King will have had the best of care of what is hopefully an early diagnosis. It isn’t always a death sentence."
