Anyone living near Carlisle may have noticed that Tullie's famous watchtower clock has been telling the wrong time in recent days.
Due to building work as part of the ongoing refurbishment, which saw the museum closed in December 2023, the power supply has been disconnected.
That means, although it is still lovely to look at, it will mostly be wrong, apart from twice a day.
On social media, Tullie wrote: "We'll let you know when the clock will be back in action, but for now we recommend relying on other, smaller timepieces."
Tullie is expected to reopen this summer.
