CUMBRIA Police is appealing for information after a woman was bitten by a dog in Hallin Crescent in Carlisle.
This took place on Thursday, February 8.
The incident is believed to have occurred at around 4.15pm and involved a brown and white Staffordshire Bull Terrier-type dog.
The woman was bitten on the arm. Her injuries were treated at the scene. She was not taken to hospital.
Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or who can help identify the owner of the dog.
