TWO men have appeared in court accused of possessing crack cocaine with intent to supply.
Jordan Hanlon, 33, and Kyle Burns, 31, each faced a charge of possessing a Class A drug with intent to supply when they appeared at Workington Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
The offence is alleged to have taken place in Whitehaven on February 13.
The case was sent to Carlilse Crown Court with a plea and trial preparation hearing set for March 15.
Hanlon, of Crummock Avenue, Whitehaven, was remanded in custody.
Burns, of Grasmere Avenue, Whitehaven, was granted bail on the condition that he lives and sleeps at a named address each night and does not have contact with his co-accused.
