A woman who died following a crash near Annan has been named as Melissa Delaney from Dumfries.
Melissa Delaney, 41, has been identified as one of two fatalities following the crash on the A75 on February 13.
Police were called to the scene at around 6.20am following reports of a crash involving a Peugeot Boxer van, a Nissan Qashqai and a Renault Clio on the A75.
Emergency services attended, however the 35-year-old male driver of the van and Melissa the driver of the Nissan, were pronounced dead at the scene.
The 49-year-old male driver of the Renault Clio was not injured.
A spokesperson from Police Scotland said the families of the deceased have been made aware.
Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances and police continue to appeal for witnesses.
Road policing inspector Adnan Alam said: “Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the people who died, and all those involved in the collision. We continue to offer them support as our enquiries progress.
“I’d be keen to speak to anyone who saw what happened or anyone with dashcam footage of the A75 around that time, please review your footage and bring anything of significance to our attention.”
