A MAN has been arrested after a warrant was carried out in West Cumbria.
A number of drugs, weapons, and items related to wildlife offences were seized.
The arrest took place on Wednesday, February 14.
A spokesperson from the Cumbria Police Rural Crime Team said: "This morning we headed through to West Cumbria where, with support from the Tactical Support Group, Dog Unit and Copeland Police, we executed two warrants under the Animal Welfare Act and Wildlife and Countryside Act. RSPCA (England & Wales) also accompanied us.
"A 34 year old male was arrested and a quantity of drugs, firearms and items relating to wildlife offences were seized. Three dogs were also seized and remain in RSPCA care."
