Several police vehicles were called out to a club in Carlisle after a reported assault.
Three police vans and a police car were seen parked outside the Denton Holme Conservative Club on Nelson Street, photographed at around 10.30pm.
Police officers were seen talking to a loud crowd of people on the street.
A spokesperson from Cumbria Constabulary said: “Police were called at around 10.12pm to the report of an assault involving two men outside a club on Nelson Street, Carlisle.”
No arrests were made.
