Folk rock legends Lindisfarne will be returning to a Carlisle stage later this year.
The band, fronted by founder-member Rod Clements, plans to perform a catalogue of their hits, including Meet Me On The Corner.
It was their seminal album Fog on The Tyne, which topped the charts for four weeks in 1972 and remained on the chart for a resonating 56 weeks.
"With a reputation for live performance second to none," their two-night special is scheduled for November 27 and November 28 later this year at Carlisle's Old Fire Station.
