An IT company has strengthened its team following a restructuring of its business.
Integrity IT Solutions has welcomed four new team members and made internal promotions.
The company, based in Cumbria and Annan in Scotland, has had a prosperous year thanks to the reorganisation led by Michael Quinn, their new head of operations.
After taking the reins of Integrity IT Solutions last year, Mr Quinn unveiled his vision for the company’s transformation.
He said: "When I joined Integrity IT Solutions last year I wanted to change the structure of how the business functioned to ensure we were operating more fluidly and efficiently, which would mean we could offer an improved level of service to our customers.
"I’m extremely proud of how well the entire team has engaged with the new vision, and the company is really reaping the rewards of their amazing work.
"Being able to provide local people with employment opportunities is a rewarding part of the job, and the new team members have all helped accelerate business growth by representing the company in the most professional manner and showcasing their exceptional knowledge of the industry."
He also announced plans to create more employment opportunities in the future.
The new recruits include Ben Hoban as a senior network engineer, IT technicians Ben Haugh and Lauren Johnson, and IT apprentice Lukasz Bazydlo.
Mr Haugh is working on a project to enhance the wireless internet access points at Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle.
He said: “Even though I haven’t been here for very long, there’s been so many opportunities to work on some really interesting projects. It's been great working on such an important project improving the Wi-Fi access to staff, visitors and patients at the hospital."
Mr Hoban is returning to Integrity after working elsewhere for just longer than a year.
He said: "When I spoke to Michael about returning, I was impressed with the improved structure of the business and his ambitions for the company, and I’m happy to be back helping customers by providing solutions to their IT problems."
Two employees, Josh Britton and Becci Grieve, have been promoted in recognition of their contributions.
Mr Britton, who onboarded in 2015, has moved to the role of network engineer.
Ms Grieve, initially a receptionist, now oversees the company’s procurement and logistics operations.
She said: "Procurement and logistics is something I’d never done before, but I really enjoy the responsibility of making sure everything runs smoothly.
"My job is about making sure we deliver on our promises to our customers, and work with the team to make sure we are able to achieve our customers’ expectations."
Integrity IT Solutions, specialising in the design, supply, support and installation of IT systems, serves clients across the north of England and south-west Scotland.
