CUMBRIA Police have been working with a Penrith business to discuss crime.
The Rural Crime Team met with Carr's Billington to discuss the measures the police put in place to prevent rural crime.
A spokesperson said: "Today some of the team met with staff from Carrs Billington and Carr's Billington Tractor Emporium at the Penrith depot.
"We talked about the preventative work our team carries out, including the usage of SelectaDNA.
"We also explained what we are doing to disrupt and investigate crime, including a drone demo, and we discussed livestock worrying and the need to report suspicious activity.
"Thanks for inviting us, and great to see a dealership so committed to helping keep their customers' kit safe.
"Our top tips for securing your property include looking at measures for both your premises and your property: signage and motion detection CCTV, enhanced with good lighting and trackers, immobilisers, and property marking."
