A new vehicle showroom will open in Carlisle later this month, marking the launch of a new brand “set to make history”.

Armstrong Vehicle Centre, part of the Wm Armstrong Group, will have the grand opening of its new showroom in Kingstown on February 28.

The company said this marks the ‘exciting’ announcement of the new brand on the vehicle market, aiming to offer customers “sustainable electric vehicle solutions”.

This, a company spokesperson said, fits with Wm Armstrong Group’s objective to dedicate itself as being an environmental business leader as part of “ongoing efforts to reduce its ecological footprint”, providing “eco-friendly vehicle options and sustainable practices”.

Nicola Robinson, business manager, said the company’s commitment to sustainability “is now coupled with the anticipation of bringing a fresh and innovative name to the vehicle sector”.

She added: "In addition to our exciting new brand, Armstrong Vehicle Centre is also the main dealer for Isuzu Trucks and Maxus, further expanding our commitment to providing diverse and reliable vehicle solutions."

The showroom will be showcasing new vehicle models and tech at the launch on Leabank Road, Kingstown, at 12pm on February 28.
