A Nirvana tribute featuring a lead singer dubbed the closest thing you'll see to Kurt Cobain is set to perform in Carlisle later this year.
On Saturday, May 4, the only worldwide touring tribute to Nirvana, Nirvana Tribute, will be hitting The Brickyard in Carlisle for a huge bank holiday weekend gig!
Nirvana Tribute is the world renowned number one international touring tribute that has toured more than a dozen countries.
Regarded as the closest possible tribute to Nirvana to ever hit the stage, Nirvana Tribute have captured both media and fan attention worldwide with their explosive, high energy live performances!
They have also gained the praise and respect of original Nirvana members Aaron Burckhard, who said that Jon O’Connor and Nirvana Tribute is the closet to the real thing!
"The closest you will ever come to hearing Cobain’s voice in person” – Loudwire magazine
"The closest to the real thing!” – Aaron Burckhard original Nirvana Drummer
Support on the night comes from Carlisle’s own post grunge heavyweights Droll Man who will be performing live on stage for the first time since March 2020!
Tickets are on sale now through Fatsoma and The Brickyard’s website priced at £15 in advance.
