A networking event is making a return to showcase an 'inspirational panel' of female business leaders from across the county.
The next in-Cumbria magazine event will be held in Penrith to celebrate International Women’s Day.
It follows a hugely successful event last month hosted by the prestigious magazine and Carlisle-based Realise HR around the topic of social media.
This year’s International Women's Day theme is ‘Inspire Inclusion’ to promote a sense of belonging, relevance and empowerment.
The event on Friday, March 1 at North Lakes Hotel & Spa, from 9am-noon, will feature a panel including:
- Eirini Etoimou - Head of Corporate Sustainability & Supply Chain Development at Sellafield Ltd.
- Jill Glencross - Jill Glencross Funeral Directors
- Rachael Bell - Principal at Rachael Bell Wealth Management
- Emma Jayne Gooch - CEO at Plain Purpose Ltd
Joy Yates, regional editor for Newsquest Cumbria, said: "As we approach International Women's Day on March 8, I am looking forward to hosting a Q&A with our inspirational panel of female Cumbrian business leaders.
"We do have a few spaces left for the event at North Lakes Hotel on Friday, March 1 so sign up now.
"Our previous panels have led to some particularly pertinent questions from our audience and there'll be plenty of time for participation with our panellists."
