A DRUG-DRIVER who was five times over the cocaine limit will be sentenced next month.
Morgan Litt-Wilson, 30, of Millfields, Beckermet, drove a BMW 1 series on the B5345 in Beckermet on September 8 last year.
He was found to have 53mcg of cocaine per litre of blood. The specified limit is 10mcg.
Litt-Wilson pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit when he appeared before West Cumbria Magistrates’ Court.
The case was adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared. Litt-Wilson will be sentenced on March 5. An interim driving ban was imposed by magistrates.
