A family-run business in Carlisle has left its premises in the city and now operates purely online.
Bits n Bobs Personalised Gifts is a family run business where Michelle McNabb and her daughter Rochelle create personalised and printed gifts.
The gift shop previously operated from Rome Street in Carlisle but has now taken the difficult decision to move its premises and focus purely on e-commerce.
A workshop still exists at Unit 7 Currock Road Trade Centre where customers can collect orders, but all shopping must now occur online.
On Facebook, Bits n Bobs wrote: "We have some news to share with you. We have moved premises, and we no longer have our shop on Rome Street. However, we are still in business and now operate entirely online.
"This has been a big decision for us, but we believe it's the best move for both our business and personal reasons. We now have a workshop just around the back of the old shop, above my husband's business. This means that you can still order our products online and collect them locally."
The News & Star approached Bits n Bobs for comment.
