LLOYD BMW Carlisle has said that it is 'extremely proud' after claiming two prizes at the Retailer of the Year Awards ceremony.

The BMW and MINI Retailer of the Year Awards were held in London on Friday, February 23, with Lloyd BMW Carlisle picking up a number of accolades.

This included retaining their BMW Aftersales Retailer of the Year award which they were first awarded in 2022.

 In addition, the local retailer also scooped the Retailer of Year regional award and was nominated for a customer award.

Lloyd South Lakes BMW was also nominated for a customer award whilst Lloyd Carlisle Mini was nominated for the aftersales award. 

Lloyd BMW Carlisle’s head of business, Craig Bowers said: "We are blown away and extremely proud to win the BMW Aftersales award again.

"This award is one of the most sought-after awards amongst BMW centres in the UK.

"It includes customer feedback and service performance indicators that are measured throughout the year. Winning it once is a fantastic honour but to win it again and retain are number one spot is just sensational.

"Our team in Carlisle have shown just how talented and hard-working they are."
