A Cumbrian police team is investigating after 11 chickens were stolen from a local resident.
PC 3157 of Copeland Police is investigating a case whereby nine hens and and two cockerels have been stolen complete with their food barrel and pellets.
The incident has occurred between 2200 and 0600 hours on Friday March 8, into Saturday March 9, 2024. Unfortunately this is no great escape or picnic retreat, these are somebody's pets!
