A collection of rare and iconic collectables will be exhibited at this month's auction at Laidlaw Auctioneers and Valuers.
These include a collection of Concorde memorabilia and an early silver Georgian tankard.
Building on the success of their March auction where a 20th century German Zeiss military prismatic binocular periscope raked in £5,000, the three-day event will run from Thursday, April 25 to Saturday, April 27.
The Concorde collection offers safety cards, a commemorative silver ingot, a silver photograph frame, diecast model sets, and various ephemera and stationery.
Only 14 Concorde aircraft ever went into service before finally being retired in 2003.
Highlights of the silver section include an early Georgian tankard and mid-18th century Scottish teapot with a matching silver stand.
An assortment of antiques will also feature a George III Brown military Bess flintlock musket and a Boer War period Westley Richard "Improved Martini Henry" rifle.
Unusual items include two Great War British Army No 3 rifle grenades and a group of First World War "Bristol" flechettes, rare and unusual aerial darts.
Also up for auction are antique firearms, and "Treen", a blanket term used for small domestic wooden objects like the 19th century searce, a sifting bowl used by apothecaries.
Viewing will be on Wednesday, April 26, with bidding available online and in-person.
