DOG walkers in Cumberland have been urged to 'scoop that poop' in a bid to keep the area clean for all.
Cumberland council have reminded dog walkers that dog fouling is a criminal offence, as they urge dog walkers in the area to clean up after their 'furry friend'.
In a statement on social media, Cumberland council said: "Please remember if you are out and about, taking a leisurely walk with your furry friend, please clean up after your pup.
"We all want to be able to enjoy walks without any unpleasant surprises.
"Remember, dog fouling is against the law – let's all do our part to keep Cumberland clean."
