Cumbrian netball star Helen Housby has been named in England's Vitality Roses programme for the 2024/25 season.
Housby, one of England's leading lights in the sport, is one of 23 players selected for the international season.
The Cumbrian, who plays for Australian side New South Wales Swifts, is set to remain a key player as the Roses prepare for another international season.
And the newly-named squad will help England set off on the road to the 2027 World Cup, according to head coach Jess Thirlby.
She said: “I want to congratulate all the athletes that have been selected for this year’s Roses programme - what an exciting cohort to get to work with and whom I know will help move us closer to our bold ambition of World Cup gold in 2027."
