Silloth is gearing up for the Cumberland Cobbler Solway Coast Cycling Festival, following the triumph of last year's event.
Final preparations are underway for the event, taking place on Saturday from 10am to 5pm, which brings together races, cycling activities, live entertainment, and markets.
The festival's main activities, organised by Cumberland Council, will be held on Silloth Green.
This coastal town will see a fresh route at this year's event.
The course, with more of the circuit on tarmac, includes a cobbled stretch and multiple corners on which participants can test their skills.
The racing line up is organised by Carlisle Cycling Association, backed by British Cycling.
Highlights of the event will include GB cycling star Philip Hines making a guest appearance, cycling activities from Crank It Cycling, a BMX showcase, and a fun fair.
A producers' market and live music will add to the festival atmosphere.
Event organiser, Ellie Jones said: "Our free family event showcases the amazing cycling routes around Silloth including the Hadrian’s Wall route.
"There will be a town centre cycling race along with a producers' market, plus a packed programme of family friendly activities."
Cyclists and enthusiasts seeking updates can visit Cumberland Council's website and official social media profiles.
The live music promises a diverse line-up of talent from the area, with performances from Paul Nicholson, Sparky and the Wailer, Phil Lewthwaite, Char, Red Handed Siren, and 99 Mr Benns.
