A postponed Carlisle gala has been rearranged for this summer following the original event getting rained off.
The Upperby Gala was originally set to take place on May 27, but is now confirmed for Sunday, July 28.
The updated event will occur at Hammond's Pond from 1pm to 4pm.
Numerous family activities will be on display, supported by Cumberland Council and Friends of Hammond's Pond Group.
The gala's programme will be announced in due course with visitors urged to follow the council’s social media and the official website for updates.
Food stalls will be providing refreshments throughout the event, plus Hammond’s Pond Café will also be open.
The event benefits from vehicular access and free parking from the park entrance off Blackwell Road.
Vehicular access and parking at the Buchanan Road entrance is restricted to vehicles with permits/disabled access only.
