Road improvements have been unveiled recently after resident feedback, a council has said.
Cumberland Council's highways team shared photographs of the now completed roadworks at Central Avenue in Carlisle.
"This achievement was made possible by your valuable feedback.
"We hope these improvements make a big difference for you all," a spokesperson from the highways team at Cumberland Council said on the social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter.
Elsewhere on Central Avenue, there are ongoing roadworks being completed by United Utilities, the county's water provider.
They started on June 5 and wll continue until June 18, with delays unlikely, according to Cumberland Council's One Network portal, which shows all ongoing and scheduled roadworks for the council area.
Meanwhile, the Southern Link Road developments continue in Carlisle, with the council most recently announcing the completion of a segment on Durdar Road.
