Carlisle's adult shop on London Road is set to go under the hammer.
The Private Shop, on 6 London Road, will be heading to auction on July 18 at The Halston Hotel.
Auction House Cumbria has set a guide price for bidding to start at £35,000.
The auction follows after the property was placed up for sale in May, accepting offers of around £75,000, as advertised by Carigiet Cowan.
According to Auction House Cumbria, the freehold two-storey end terrace property with vacant possession may accommodate various commercial pursuits.
Potential conversion to residential may also be possible, subject to planning permissions.
Previously, Carigiet Cowen estate agent, Ben Blain, said: "The building lies in a prominent location on the London Road, Botchergate and St Nicholas intersect.
"The space would be suitable for a variety of uses and there is an opportunity to explore an advertising hoarding on the side elevation of the building," he said.
Interested parties have been urged to contact the auction house to facilitate a viewing.
