From huge screens to live DJ sets, pubs and venues across north and west Cumbria are getting ready for Euro 2024. 

We've rounded up a number of places across the county to watch England during the tournament. 

1. Wheatsheaf Inn - Wetheral

The pub in Wetherall has been decorated in England flags and boasts two big TVs so fans won't miss a second of the action.

 

2. The Lion and The Lamb, Gosforth

3. Joe Bananas, Whitehaven

Joe Bananas is one of the most popular nightclubs in Whitehaven. 

Located in the heart of the town centre, football fans will be able to catch a glimpse of the game in a spacious, modern, setting. 

4. The Castle Bar, Cockermouth

Where: 14 Market Pl, Cockermouth CA13 9NQ

 

Catch all the action and enjoy a few drinks with friends at the popular Cockermouth pub. 

A range of drinks and refreshments are on offer at the lively market town venue, just on the edge of the Lake District. 

5. The Caledonian, Carlisle 

Where: 17 Botchergate, Carlisle CA1 1QP

 

The Botchergate-based pub have been gearing up for a summer of football, and will bring fans every match of the Euros.

6. Seaton Rangers ARLFC, Workington

 

Where: Station Yard, Seaton, Workington CA14 1NP

 

This village rugby club is just a short journey from the town centre of Workington. 

Locals and members of the public can go along and enjoy an evening of live sporting entertainment.
