FURTHER progress has been made on the redevelopment of Carlisle's Devonshire Street this week.
More decorative features have been installed along with additional granite kerbs, Cumberland Council has announced.
It follows the removal of the old road surface last week.
This weekend, construction crews plan to make the final preparations for new asphalt laying.
To ensure that the project stays on schedule, work hours for the team have been extended.
