THE ten finalists in the News & Star's 'Best Hairdresser/Barber 2024' award have been revealed. 

These finalists have been chosen by News & Star readers after a week of online nominations which started on Monday, June 10, and concluded on Sunday, June 17.

The ten finalists who will all be in the running to be crowned News & Star 'Best Hairdresser/Barber 2024' are:

Duke Hare Barbers, Scotland Road

Escape Hair & Beauty, Denton Street

Gilded Gold Design House, Wigton Road

Lisa B Hair & Beauty, Port Road

Love your Hair by Lei, Lonsdale Street

Simon’s Hair Shop, Lowther Street

The Barbers Tanya Walsh, Swan Street

Winters Hair, Lowther Street

News & Star readers will now be able to vote for their favourite finalist by picking up a copy of the daily newspaper between Monday, June 24, and Saturday, July 6.

In addition, we will be highlighting the shortlisted hairdressers and barbers in our competition in the News & Star. Each of the establishments will be featured over ten issues.

After this final voting stage has concluded the winner will be crowned as the News & Star's 'Best Hairdresser/Barber 2024' during the week commencing Monday, July 15.
