CARLISLE Police have made an arrest after residents share their concerns over drug dealings.
Residents in the Belah area told police their concerns and said that "there is regular drug dealing near to my home."
Yesterday, PC Gemmell & PC Beal of the Neighbourhood Policing Team arrested a 31-year-old male in Belah area for being Concerned in the Supply of Drugs. A quantity of drugs and cash were seized, following interview the male has been released under investigation .
Carlisle Police often share community surveys on their Facebook page which is an opportunity for residents to tell them what is affecting their community. Carlisle Police said: "Those issues that aren't for the Police to lead on will be shared with partner agencies to address while we work on the others."
