First homes in new Lake District development hit the market

David Britton Estates is the sole agent for Swallows Rise, a collection of 19 houses and five bungalows nestled in the tranquil hamlet of Sockbridge.

The location is enveloped by the boundaries of the Lake District National Park and only a short distance from Ullswater and Pooley Bridge.

Houses are priced from £350,000 to £925,000.
