UPDATE: David has now been found (June, 25).
Police are appealing for sightings of a missing man who may be in the Carlisle area.
David Garven, 52, is missing from Inverness in Scotland.
He was last seen on June 14.
It is believed he may be in the west of Carlisle or the Dalston area.
A spokesperson from Cumbria Police said: "If anyone sees David or knows where he might be they are asked to contact police on 999.
"If David sees this appeal himself he is asked to contact police on the same number."
