A 28-year-old female motorcyclist died at the scene of a crash on the A592 near Glenridding yesterday evening (June, 24).
Police are investigating the single-vehicle crash that occurred at 8.15pm.
The collision involved a single purple motorcycle.
A spokesperson from Cumbria Police said: "Anyone with information relating to this incident can report online at www.cumbria.police.uk/report-it , quoting incident number 267 of 24 June 2024.
"You can also phone on 101.
"Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111," they said.
