A POPULAR Carlisle pop-up store has returned for summer.

Local duo Hannah Pearson and Rebecca Dockerty have launched their latest Carlisle Creative pop-up which opened on Friday, June 28.

The pair have been running Carlisle Creative for around six years now.

In 2018, they organised their first pop-up shop, selling items from their own businesses,  Hannah's Bob Loves Landy and Rebecca's Maud and Evelyn.

The summer pop-up, which follows the duo's successful winter pop-up and first-ever spring pop-up in March, will be open on Paternoster Row until Sunday, July 7.

After the launch of their latest pop-up, Rebecca was on hand to encourage shoppers to support local businesses.

She said:  "We have a wide range of types of products, both practical and decorative, and prices to suit all types of pockets.

"We aim to support makers at all points in their creative journey, allowing them to show and sell their work to the local community and make new connections."

The summer pop-up will see Carlisle Creative host products for 20 local businesses such as Emelia Soaps, Victorian Candle Company, and mosaic artist Helen Clues, with crafts ranging from pottery and mosaics, to felt art, textiles, and resin.

"We want everyone to feel welcome and able to visit our pop-ups, the products we curate are perfect not just for gifting but also for treating yourself," Rebecca added.

"What's important to us is that everyone gets a chance to shop from the wonderful talent our local community has to offer, only you need know why and who you're buying for."
