Copeland Police have confirmed that a man was arrested last night after exposing himself in Whitehaven town centre.
On Friday June 28, Copeland Police received reports of a male exposing himself in Whitehaven town centre.
PC2249, PC1932 and PS2611 quickly attended the area where a male was located and arrested for Outraging Public Decency.
He was taken to custody and will remain there while enquiries are ongoing.
Copeland Police said: "We take pride in keeping our streets safe and appreciate the public’s help in reporting such incidents. This is a great example of how we work alongside our response colleagues."
