MUNCASTER Castle welcomed a group of brownies and guides.
Hundreds of youths from guide units in South Cumbria attended an event at the historic visitor attraction.
Many visited for the full weekend and engaged in a range of activities around the castle grounds.
In a post on social media, Muncaster Castle wrote: "What a fun-filled weekend we had with the rainbow, brownie, and guide units from South Cumbria.
"Over 550 young ladies joined us over the weekend, with many of them camping on the estate for two nights.
"They took part in lots of different activities, including orienteering, castle tours, Morris dancing, crafting, a silent disco, The Weapons Hall, bird and wildlife watching, science fun, garden exploring, and more.
"Our evening campfires were a highlight, with stories and bonding under the stars."
