A vehicle seen driving off-road and anti-socially has been seized by police.
The incident took place on Hartside.
The driver is reported for motoring offences, under Section 59 Police Reform Act 2002.
Section 59 of the Police Reform Act 2002 refers to vehicles being used in a manner that causes alarm, distress or annoyance.
A spokesperson from Eden Police said: "We will continue to use all the powers available to us to prevent anti-social behaviour.
