CARLISLE Cathedral will be hosting an organ recital this week.
On Wednesday, July 10, the Cathedral's organ scholar will be performing a recital.
This is part of a live music series that is taking place at the Cathedral.
In a post on social media, Carlisle Cathedral wrote: "Coming up on Wednesday, July 10, at 2pm, we have the next installment of our Free Live Music Series, an organ recital featuring our very own Organ Scholar, David T. Shingler.
"Please join us in the Cathedral to hear David play. The recital is free to attend, and a collection will be taken at the end in support of David and the Cathedral.
"David will also be performing here on Saturday, July 20, at 1.15pm, as part of the Abbey Singers concert in the Fratry Hall. Please add the date to your diary."
